German Practice Tests, A1 to C2

Some grammar tests use questions from exam videos and link to their sources. The other tests and four-module practice mocks are written for this site.

Grammar, vocabulary and reading questions are checked against the vocabulary list up to their level, including inflected forms. Listening scripts are written for their level but have not yet been reviewed by a teacher.

The gap-fill and reading questions were written by AI and checked by a second AI pass. Listening scripts and questions were written with OpenAI Codex. Conjugation, word order and der, die, das questions are built by rule from the Wiktionary tables and real sentences. The material has not been reviewed by a teacher.
