Besuch am Wochenende

Freitags kommt meine Freundin.

My friend comes on Fridays.

Sie bleibt zwei Tage bei uns.

She stays with us for two days.

Ich kaufe ein und koche abends.

I do the shopping and cook in the evening.

Wir sprechen bis ein Uhr in der Nacht.

We talk until one o'clock at night.

Samstags zeige ich ihr die Stadt.

On Saturdays I show her the city.

Wir gehen in ein Kino und trinken dann noch einen Kaffee.

We go to a cinema and then have a coffee.

Sonntags fahren wir zusammen zum Bahnhof.

On Sundays we go to the station together.

Der Besuch ist leider immer zu kurz.

The visit is unfortunately always too short.

Aber bald besuche ich sie.
