Das Fahrrad ist kaputt
Mein Fahrrad ist kaputt.
My bike is broken.
Die Lampe geht nicht mehr und das Rad ist auch nicht gut.
The light does not work any more and the wheel is not good either.
Ich kann so nicht in die Stadt fahren.
I cannot ride into town like this.
Heute gehe ich zu Fuß.
Today I am walking.
Später bringe ich das Fahrrad in ein Geschäft.
Later I take the bike to a shop.
Der Mann dort sagt: Kein Problem, morgen kann ich es wieder abholen.
The man there says: no problem, tomorrow you can pick it up again.
Die Arbeit kostet viel Geld.
The repair costs a lot of money.
Ein neues Fahrrad ist aber noch teurer.
But a new bike is even more expensive.

nicht mehr
Die Lampe geht nicht mehr und das Rad ist auch nicht gut.
Nicht mehr means 'not any more' — the state has ended.
Modal verb in a negative sentence
Ich kann so nicht in die Stadt fahren.
Nicht stands before the place phrase, and the infinitive fahren still closes the sentence.
Comparative with -er
Ein neues Fahrrad ist aber noch teurer.
Teuer becomes teurer. Noch before a comparative means 'even': noch teurer = even more expensive.
