Erzieher
Politiker haben sich schon Gedanken gemacht, wie man mehr Leute überzeugen kann, den Beruf zu erlernen.
Politicians have already thought about how to convince more people to learn the profession.
Es wird auch überlegt, wie man mehr Männer finden kann, die Erzieher werden möchten.
It is also being considered how to find more men who would like to become educators.
Aber der Beruf ist auch nicht ganz einfach: Man arbeitet sehr viel und bekommt nicht so viel Geld für die Arbeit.
But the profession is not entirely easy: you work a lot and don't get much money for the work.
Manchmal ist es auch für den Körper anstrengend: Man muss Kinder oft tragen oder selbst auf kleinen Stühlen sitzen.
Sometimes it's also physically demanding: you often have to carry children or sit on small chairs yourself.
Deswegen ist es schwierig, Leute für den Beruf zu begeistern.
That's why it's difficult to get people excited about the profession.

Grammar in this text
Indirect question (W-Frage in Nebensatz) – verb at the end
wie man mehr Leute überzeugen kann
The question word 'wie' introduces a subordinate clause. Unlike a main-clause question, the conjugated verb ('kann') stands in final position. This clause functions as the object of 'Gedanken machen'.
Relative clause with relative pronoun 'die'
die Erzieher werden möchten
The relative pronoun 'die' refers back to 'Männer' (masculine plural). In the relative clause, the finite verb ('möchten') moves to the end. The infinitive 'werden' precedes it, forming a verb cluster with the modal verb.
Impersonal passive (unpersönliches Passiv) with 'es' + 'wird' + Partizip II
Es wird auch überlegt
The passive voice is formed with the auxiliary 'werden' and the past participle of the main verb ('überlegt'). The subject is impersonal; 'es' acts as a placeholder. The active equivalent would be 'Man überlegt auch'.
Infinitive clause with 'zu' after an adjective (es ist + adj + zu + infinitive)
Deswegen ist es schwierig, Leute für den Beruf zu begeistern.
The impersonal construction 'es ist + adjective' is combined with a 'zu' infinitive clause. It expresses an objective evaluation (here: it is difficult to inspire people). The infinitive with 'zu' follows the adjective and is separated by a comma.
