Meaning and usage
sobald means as soon as: the main action follows straight after the other one. Ich rufe dich an, sobald ich zu Hause bin. solange means as long as: both things last for the same time, or one is a condition for the other. Du darfst draußen spielen, solange du auf dem Hof bleibst. Both start a subordinate clause, so the verb goes to the end.
sobald is often used about the future with the present tense: Sobald ich ankomme, melde ich mich. Do not confuse solange, one word and a conjunction, with so lange, two words meaning for so long: Ich habe so lange gewartet.

- seit looks back to a start in the past, but morgen is in the future.
